In The Name of God Amen.
I Elizabeth Weber of the County of Phelps and State of Missouri being in good health of body and disposing mind and memory and being
desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I have the strength and capicity so to do do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking all former
Wills by me anytime heretofore made.
First: I consign my body to the Earth from whence it came and command my soul to God who gave it:
Second: I desire that all my just debts together with the fees for probating this will and my funeral expenses be fully paid as soon after my deceased as may be.
Third: I will devise and bequeath to my beloved son, Robert Weber the sum of one dollar.
Fourth: I will and bequeath to sister Anna Hartman, wife of William Hartman the sum of one dollar.
Fifth: I will devise and bequeath to my Grandson George Weber, all of the Real Estate and personal property of which I may die seized or possessed except amounts bequeathed in clause three (3) and four (4) of this instrument provided however, that my said Grandson George Weber shall not sell mortgage assign transfer or convey any portion of the Real Estate bequeathed to him by the terms of this will for a period of the five (5) years after my decease.
In witness whereof I hereby set my hand and seal at the City of Rolla in Phelps County Missouri this 26th day September nineteen Hundred and four.
