It is also my will and desire that the graveyard on the quarter section of land on which I, at the present time, reside, shall forever remain and be kept as a family ground for burial purposes, and I particularly desire that whoever shall hereafter own the land, shall keep the same in good repair, and in case of the sale of said land, said ground shall forever be reserved for burial purposes.
