Harris Cemetery
On a farm pre-empted by John C. Harris in 1839. Located 6 miles N of Weston, Missouri on the farm better known as the John C. Harris farm. This farm remained in the Harris family until 1963 at which time it was purchased by Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Frey and T. J. Beach, Jr., who are the present owners.

Harris, John, son of John C. and Sallie Harris, died 1850 (first of the children to die). Followed by Mahlon, Clifton, and Nannie Harris Folsom by 1853.
Nora Harris, Willis, son of Jefferson; Joseph Johns, Mattie Harris, Johns; (later married James Evans). Died, left J. E. Evans, Clifton Harris, Jennis Sullivan Harris, Aaron Harris, Belle Harris, Fay, Campbell Harris, Charles Harris, Lillie Harris, Ann Scott Harris, Jefferson Harris, Alice Harris, Rosa Folsom Monsom, Hugh Monson, Alvin Evans and little John E. Evans, babies of J. E. & Sadie Evans of Iatan. Both buried at Iatan.
