This photo is purportedly of Calloway Hodge Manes, my great-great grandfather.  However, the family is not quite sure and we cannot identify the uniform.  You probably know his story how, although a southern sympathizer, he joined up with the union forces but was gunned down in his front door shortly thereafter.  The uniform doesn't seem to match any civil war uniform I've seen.  Wondered if it might have been the Missouri Home Guard or something similar or if the photo is of someone else and not Calloway Hodge at all.  I am descended from Calloway through his son Calloway Hornsinger Manes and his son Moses Cleveland Manes and was given a copy of this photo from relatives still living in Pulaski County.  Hope someone can help us identify either the man or the uniform.  Thank you.
