Emma Woody Henzie Berktold Carr and Udell. "Aunt Emma, as we always called her, was a sister to my maternal grandmother, Addie Ann Woody Nicks, who was married to Wm Scott Nicks. Aunt Emma was born in 1888 and died in 1953 from diabetes complications. I don't know exactly where she's buried, think in the St. Louis area. Aunt Emma had a daughter by her first marriage. Her name was Freda Ann Henzie Massey. Udell Massey was her son and Aunt Emma's grandson. Freda's husband was Elmer M. Massey. Freda was born in 1903 and died in June, 1968."
