January 15:NOMINATIONS FOR STATE OFFICE due to Sr. State President.
February TBD:M.S.S.C.A.R. SCHOLARSHIP applications due.
February 28:Dues to C.A.R. National Headquarters to be eligible to vote at National Convention. Society Donation Form due to National Headquarters.

March : Preparations required for State Conference.
Each society and organizing society will give a report of its activities, accomplishments, and progress. Each society will need three (3) copies, two (2) to turn in and one (1) to retain for your files. The Society Presidents will give the reports. If your Society President is unable to attend, the highest-ranking society member present should read it for him/her. For the organizing societies, please send the Sr. State President the name of the member or prospective member who will give the report by March 1, so it can be included in the program. In case you will not have representation at State Conference, please send the report to the Sr. State President by March 1.
Each committee chairman will give a report of the committee and present awards during the conference. Each chairman will need three (3) copies, two (2) to turn in and one (1) to retain for your files.
Pages, aides, and color bearers are needed for State Conference. No experience is necessary, merely the ability to sit quietly and assist when necessary. Please send Sr, State President the names of those willing to serve by March 1.

March 6-7: State Conference in Lake Ozarks, MO. All members are welcome to attend. Come learn about CAR, elect new state officers, meet friends and have some fun!!!

March 10-11: ANNUAL SOCIETY REPORT FOR NATIONAL due to Sr. State Predident. (not applicable for organizing societies) The form came to you directly from National with your dues forms. Please follow the directions carefully. Fill in the blanks on both sides of the form. Remember this report is bound as a permanent record and should be neatly typed or printed. Please return the form to Sr. State President at C.A.R. State Conference, if possible. All reports are required to be received by Sr. State President by April 1.
