This picture was a postcard sent to my Great Aunt Clara Gaines Spore from her family 1917 or 1918. In the back row,third man from the left is my Great Grandfather Rev. Jasper Neuton Gaines, his wife Alice Mae Dunn is the fourth woman from the right in the second row and my maternal Grandmother Cecile Alma Gaines McGilveray Kleinke is sitting on the ground in the middle, her sister Bertha Gaines Price Miller is next to her.   That's snow on the ground.  Two of Jasper's brothers married two of Alice's sister so they were one big happy family.
