I am researching the descendants of Pleasant Phillip Walker Majors (1824-1907), especially his first son, Adrian A. Majors, born about 1854 in Stoddard County, Missouri. Also a William Sanford who married Margaret Biggers. Both families originally came from Tennessee to Missouri around 1850. Has anyone done research on these families?

The 1850 Greene Co. Mo census shows a household with Permila b Tn, or something near that, as head of household, with four children, including James Crawford McMillan b Jan 8, 1843, my GGF. Hi: I'm looking for information on David A Mills. He died in 1849 intestate. There are numerous probate payments out of the estate. The last record in 9 May 1854, page 145, indicates the estate still had $104.04 when the administrator resigned. There is no indication of what happened to the remaining money. I would like to find the name of David's wife and the disposition of the money. Also, a probate record page 358, 9 Jan 1851 indicates rent received from a farm. Searching for any information about descendants of Harry MORRISON and Nancy Ellen FINCH who were married 26 April 1887 in Gibson County, Indiana.
