PERRY

I am searching for the JOHN C PERRY family who first showed up in the 1860 Stoddard County census. He was born about 1817 and died about 1879. His wife's name looks to be "Parthenia" or "Theny" according to census records. Children's names were: William, Sowell J, Sarah J, John, George D. Also shown, but am not certain they were his children or not: Lucetta?Loretta? and Parlina? In 1874, John was given guardianship of minor heirs of Charles Perry. Those children's names were Alexander, Jesse and Charles Perry. I believe John died about 1879. My direct line is from John C's son, Sowell (Sol?) Jesse Perry, born about 1851. This line has nearly become a brick wall and I'm desperately seeking to learn where John and his family originated from. Census records indicate he was b in NC, some of his children were b in TN and the rest in Stoddard Co. Please, if anyone as info, I'd really like to hear from you -- am happy to send you what I know as well. Thanks so much!! Becky in AZ

Pigg

Good morning, I am looking for information regarding Lousinda (Kendall) Pigg. She was married to Andrew N Pigg, and then to George Washington Pigg. She died 07/29/1955. Does anyone know their descendants? Would someone do an obituary lookup for me. Would someone take a picture of her grave. I am descended from Raleigh Kendall who was her brother, and I am working on documenting this line of the Kendalls. I am willing to pay modest compensation for time and materials. Thank you, Harold M Teising
