Welcome to the Missouri State Society Daughters of the American Colonists web site. The Daughters of the American Colonists has been a relevant presence in Missouri since 1921. We are glad you are interested in DAC.
The Missouri Daughters support the objectives of the national organization in promoting patriotism, historic preservation and education. Most important, however, is the fellowship and friendships we establish along the way. Those who are already in DAC help to cultivate, nurture, and reap the rewards of the group of women who continue to join us as new members.
Perhaps you have a Colonial ancestor who rendered civil or military service in the colonies prior to July 4, 1776. We invite you to consider membership. We are eager to assist you in documenting your ancestry back to a qualified patriot.
Please take some time to review our website. We encourage you to also visit our national web site to learn the entire scope of DAC activities. Click on the Chapter Link to find the chapter nearest you, and please make contact. You will meet wonderful women and make new friends, all who share a common bond of love for their country and pride in their heritage.
Thank you for visiting, and we look forward to meeting you.
Sincerely,
Sandy Musice, Missouri State Regent
