This is a record of a birth or stillbirth as reported by the Doctor or Mid-wife to a Clerk and neither one seemed to be very careful about the entries. There are obvious mistakes and some made by me because I couldn't read the handwriting. If you find a needed correction, please let me know and I will note that on the entry.
