I am searching for any information on Brooks Bryant, Quinby Bryant, William Miller, and Aida McNeil, also Thomas and Lucinda Cark. The Bryants were in Stoddard County from the 1840's until well after 1880. Brooks Bryant died abut 1875. Thomas and Lucinda Clark (my gg grandparents) were livng with their nephew Quinby Bryant in 1880. I believe that Thomas died there. The Clarks immigrated from Tenn. to Stoddard County about 1851 and from there to Moniteau County but were back in 1880. Mary Jane Clark, daughter of Thomas/Lucinda married John H. Clemens in Stoddard County in the 1850s. Any help with these families would be greatly appreciated!

I am researching the Eller surname. The Jacob Eller living in Stoddard Co, Mo,in 1860 Census; I believe is the same Jacob Eller living in Jefferson Co., Il in the 1850 Census. If so the Peter Eller listed as 80 years old is my GRGRGR Grandfather. I would be every thankful for any information I might recieve on this family of Eller's living in Bloomfield ,Mo. I believe that Jacob served in the Civil War and may have been killed. Does anyone have any information to help me. Looking for Information regarding Ed Miller, Eldo Miller and Mary Ellen Miller!!!. Ed Miller married Martha Trotter, sept 29, 1906,and had children Eldo and Mary Ellen. I know that Mary Ellen was born approx 1914. After Ed Miller passed away (unknown date and unknown place), Martha married Oda Sebastian. Oda, Martha and Mary Ellen are on the 1930 census in New madrid county.

Hello, my grandmother recently passed away and I'm trying to find some family information. I know she grew up in Dudley and she said her father had a grocery store. Her maiden name was Qualls. I saw some records for Charles (C.M) Qualls, who I'm assuming was her uncle. I think her dad was Mark J. Qualls. Searching for info on Robert Steward born abt 1786 in VA. He vounteered in White County, TN to serve in Capt. Smith's, 2nd TN Regiment during the War of 1812. By 1819 He was in Mo. with his 1st wife. They had children John Steward born 1819, Dorcus Steward who married Mr. Peoples, Mary Steward who married Mr. Macum, Washington Steward born 1827, and Robert Steward, Jr. born 1829. Assuming that first wife died. Robert married 2nd Sarah (maiden name unknown) Harlen. Robert & Sarah had a child Francis Jane Steward born 1849/1850. Robert died 1 Dec. 1851 in Stoddard County, Missouri. Sarah Harlen had 3 children from a prior marriage. Namely, William Meredith Harlen bon 1832 in IL, Mary E. Harlen who married Willim B. Harvey, and Sarah E. Harlen born about 1839 in Il and married William b. Harvey. Robert Steward,Sr. had a half brother, Danile Harty.
