Archibald Gibson Jan 14, 1835/ Jul 11, 1835 Deed Book A,
pg. 274 "Isaac Kent Sr. & Lucy Kent, wife of the said Isaac, both of the county of Warren and State of Missouri...for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and thirty five dollars...sale and convey to Archabald Gipson of the County and State of aforesaid, the following tracts of land" [land described being in Warren Co.] "...agreed between the parties aforesaid that this deed is not to take effect so as to rest the possession or the right of possession of the foregoing tracts of land in the said Archabald Gipson during the natural life of the said Isaac Kent Sr. or the said Lucy Kent his wife but on the contrary the said lands are to remain and to the sole use and benefit of their, the said Isaac Kent Sr. & Lucy Kent his wife, for and during the natural life of the survivor of them without any __?__ or hindrance or charge of trespass of rent from him the said Archable Gipson...affixed our seals this fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred & Thirty Five.
