| Kent, Isaac Sr. & Wife to Lucinda Zumwalt Dec 25,
1835/ Aug 6, 1836 Deed Book A, pg. 410 Know all men by these presents, that Isaac Kent Sr. and Lucy Kent, his wife, of the County of Warren and Sate of Missouri, have for and in consideration of the love and affection which we bear to our daughter Lucinda Zumwalt, wife of Saloman Zumwalt deceased and for the further consideration of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid the receipt thereof we do hereby acknowledge, granted and conveyed unto Lucinda Zumwalt of the County and state aforesaid the following described tract or parcel of land to wit, situate in said County of Warren and being apart of the Northwest quarter of Section twenty two in Township forty seven Range Two west containing sixty acres and bounded as follows to wit, Beginning at the south east corner of twenty five acres by us deeded to Archibald Gipson at a post from which a burr oak...[the rest is a complete description of the land. There is no other mention of names, from this point on.] "...we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 25th day of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty five.
