Harvey's Refusal to Pay $40.00 note resulted in the Death of Wages and McGrath Brown had sold his place to a man by the name of Harvey, who was connected with them. Brown took a $40.00 note on the place, so Harvey refused to pay the note and Brown got Wages to take up the note and if Harvey did not pay it to him, for Wages to kill Harvey. So they go into a difficulty about the note and Harvey killed Wages and McGrath.
