Amity Baptist Cemetery

        Amity Baptist Cemetery is located near Woodland and Sparta, Chickasaw Co, MS.  There are many unmarked graves and broken headstones, some of the damage probably caused by the tornado in the spring, 1971. There is a large stack of broken markers at the far end of the cemtery and those on top were too heavy to move and be able to read the ones underneath.  Suryed and copied June 10, 1971.
