I have this day finished a part of survey of the Estate of Robert M. Smith deceased, known as Clover Hill Plantation situate in the County of Issaquena and State of Mississippi and more particularly desribed as follows to wit: All of Sections Four and Five, also Two hundred and twenty six acres in the south part of Section Twenty and in Section Twenty Two the north half and the south west quarter thereof, embracing one thousand seven hundred and twenty acres more or less.
