I need help in finding my roots on my mother's side. She was
Lois
Marie Davidson. Her father was William Henry Davidson and her
mother was
Ada Snowden. Her father's brothers were Lum Davidson, Christopher
Columbus Davidson (Dentist in Meridian, MS, & Walter Davidson
(barber in
Philadelphia.) I don't know if he had other brothers or sisters.
My mom's
siblings were Otis James Davidson, Thelma Davidson, Barbara
Davidson,
Ethel Davidson and Minnie Henley. William Henry is buried in
Golden Globe
Cemetary, which I sure could use directions in finding and Ada
Snowden is
buried in the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church cemetary. I think
William
Henry's father was Henry Washington Davidson and his mother was
Rebecca
Moore. I cannot seem to locate any records on these events. Any
help you
can give me would be greatly appreciated.

From what little someone sent me years ago, this family lived on

Andrew's Street and it looked as though her father & brothers
may have
worked for M & O Railroad back then.
Lou LEARY may have been her mother, she was listed as a widow in
the
household in 1910.
Have a picture of Elvin D WITHERSPOON standing with another man
beside a
railroad track, not far from a railroad bridge? Would like to
identify
the man and place. Also have some pictures that may have been
of Mattie
LEARY.
