Text: Notice to Contractors.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Lee county will award the contract, on Monday May 1st, 1905, to the lowest responsible bidder, at public outcry, in front of the Court House door in the city of Tupelo, within legal hours, for building granitoid walks for Court House. Contract will be let by the square foot, specifications now on file at the Chancery Clerk's office.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to readvertise, the contractor to give bond in double the amount of the contract price.

Done by order of the Board this April 6th. 1905.
