Lookups

Guidelines:

1. Please limit your requests to 2 names per lookup. (If it is a common surname such as "Smith", please limit the request to one surname and be specific with given names.)
2. Please make sure the county name and/or resource are in the subject line of your request.
3. Please be patient and give the volunteer time to respond. Sometimes people are away for a short time on vacation or due to illness. If you have received no response in a couple of weeks, try again.
4. If your email settings require that a person be in your address book for you to receive email from them, please add them to your address book or "safe list" at the time you make the request.
5. If you find an email address that "bounces" or if you have received no response after 3 weeks or more, please let the county coordinator know via the email link at the bottom of the page.
6. If you have a resource for which you are willing to do lookups, let the county coordinator know via the email link at the bottom of the page.
