This cemetery was abandoned and the tombstones were piled up at the Smithville Cemetery when a Service Station was built on the site of the old Stegall home. The descendants erected these markers in New Salem Cemetery in Itawamba CO off Hwy 25. Information by Lionel & Hilton (Hilt) Stegall.
