Can You Identify These Men?

We believe this photograph is of men who worked at the Gattman mill. We would also like to know who the workers were. One person indicates that she has a copy of the same photo and that it is marked on the back "GAT 1903 Mill Crew." Does this mean anything to anyone? We can assume the photo was taken in 1903. 5th from Right (with crippled leg) = Emmett Buckley Harlow (1877-1942)

Far Right = Leonard C. Harlow (1887-1973)
