Before you consider developing a new project, give thought to the following:

When will it be ready for posting on web site or publishing?
Where are the originals? Copies?
Why would anyone want to see this project?
How was it compiled?

Description: e.g. 8 ½ x 11, 50 pages including every name alphabetical index.
? CD ROM, 3 ½ inch floppy disk, other?

What information does it offer?
Suggested location on website?
(Publishing the index of a book on our web site should enhance sales.)
Is this a saleable project?
Marketing suggestions?
Church history?
Organization history?
Family history?
History of a building, place or community?
Other?

If this project has been in work for a while, there may be a problem with media obsolescence. You need to know how it is stored and what program was used to compile the data.
