BOONEVILLE - Betty E. Zackarevicz,
71, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, at
Services will be at 4 p.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Lynn Jones officiating.
Survivors include four daughters, Joan Smith, and Mary Steed and husband, Merlin, all of Lyons, Ga., and Janet Wilson, and Tammy Jackson and husband, Andy, all of Booneville; two sons, Danny Cooper of Falls Church, Va., and Jeremiah Zackarevicz and wife, Laurie, of Booneville; two brothers, Gene Rye of Baltimore, Md., and Glen Cunningham of Zion, Ill.; 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Zackarevicz; her parents, Edgar Rye, and Ora and Lex Cunningham; and a special uncle, Travis Pate.
Visitation will continue until service time today.
James Zackarevicz, 63, of Booneville, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2002, at

Mr. Zackarevicz was a retired Staff Sergeant in the U. S. Marine Corps,

He is survived by his wife, Betty Zackarevicz; four daughters, Tammy Zackarevicz Jackson and husband Andy, Janet Zackarevicz Wilson and Joan Smith, all of Booneville and Delores Steed and husband Merlin of Georgia; one son, Dan Cooper and wife Carol of Falls Church, Va.; three sisters, Ida Hamel and Bernice Nickle, both of North Brookfield, Mass., and Helen Wolvern of West Brookfield, Mass.; 17 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
