Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Ford's Creek Baptist Church in Poplarville for Mrs. Bobbie H. Mut, 74, of Poplarville who passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010 in Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The Reverend Robert A. Lee and Brother Ken Rhodes will officiate at the service. A native of Pearl River County, Miss., she was born March 9, 1936 to Robert and Lucille Coffee-Stanford. She was a member of Ford's Creek Baptist Church and a retired Secretary with Kaiser Aluminum in Baton Rouge, La.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: two daughters, Denise Smith and Dara Mut; and two brothers, Charles Stanford and Travis Stanford. Survivors include: her husband, Henry Mut, Jr. of Poplarville; two sons, Chuck Mut of Houston, Texas and Eric Mut and his wife Terri of Greenwell Springs, La.; one sister, Doris Ann Wells of Poplarville; seven grandchildren, Alex Mut, Erica Marsh, Kandon Langston, Lonnie Boudreaux, Kimen Mut, Brandy Major, and Dianna Barksdale; and eight great-grandchildren, Kenley Boudreaux, Anden Langston, Blaine March, Peyton Boudreaux, Haley Boudreaux, Presley Boudreaux, Jesse Mut and Tristyn Leiva.
Visitation was held Monday, March 15, 2010 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at White Funeral Home in Poplarville and on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 from 12 p.m. until the time of service at Ford's Creek Baptist Church.
