  The Pontotoc County Library is part of the   Dixie Regional Library System . It is located at 111 North Main Street in Pontotoc, Mississippi.

           The excellent genealogy and local history selection is housed in the Mississippi Room at the library and you will also find a wonderful audio-visual exhibit about the Civil War and Pontotoc County. The exhibit is permanently housed in the James E. Garrison Room and is dedicated to the memory and the courage of those people, men and women, who sacrificed all for their country, their families, their homes.
