Updated directions:  Turn left in front of Dockery Farms Plantation
off of Hwy 8 onto Lusk Road.  Go 0.6 mile then continue past stop sign on Lusk Road
another 0.1 mile.  Cross over concrete bridge, go 100 yards.  The cemetery is about
1/4 mile off of Lusk Road to the left.  It is on Lead Bayou on a large mound.
It is to the left of power lines on edge of a field of soybeans.
The cemetery is amidst large trees.  There was on very large tree in the
cemetery that was down.  It is in desperate need of repair.
It appeared to be about 13 or so stones that you could either make out names or dates.
The cemetery is less than 5 miles from Ruleville and less than a mile from Dockery Farms.
I do not know who owns the land the cemetery is on!

Our thanks to Yvonne Ard and her husband of Albertville, Alabama for these directions.

If you have access to any cemetery listings or tombstone photographs from Sunflower County,
and you are willing to share them with your fellow researchers,
please let me know.  I personal goal is to have listings
and photos for all of the cemeteries in the county.

Suggested corrections and/or additions will be noted in RED.
The original data will not be removed.  Do you know of others
buried here?  Let me knowe-mail and I will post their names and data.

This cemetery was recorded by Sharon Grissett.
She recorded the cemetery starting from the far right.
That way a person can walk in and find who they are looking for.
They are sectioned off by roads, drives, old parts and new parts.
