The Montana State Genealogical Society was founded in 1989 with the purpose of promoting the study of genealogical and historical research within the State of Montana.

 

If your ancestor was in Montana before 31 December 1929, why not honor them in our First Families and Early Settlers Project?  Volumes I and II are currently available for purchase.  The Deadline for applications to be included in Volume III is 1 March 2010.
