They are in various forms, and many contain added family history including places of residence and relationships to the deceased All records have been donated to the Wayne County Library, IN. The funeral home conducting the service is noted under "funeral code.” If there is a number, that code denotes a record file retained by Smith’s Funeral Chapel in Billings, MT. There are some Celebration of Life Records and Birth Records in these files, also donated to IN.

The names are sorted alphabetically first by membership, then by non-membership.
