COMRADE O. C. MILLS
Late Co. C, 19th U.S. Infantry, Commander, Winner of the West Camp No. 11, National Indian War Veterans U.S.A., St. Joseph, Mo.

The big camp at National Headquarters loses its beloved commander after more than ten years of faithful service. Comrade Mills has been gradually failing in health for several months and especially since the passing away of his beloved companion of more than half a century, last April.

Comrade Mills was a Christian gentleman of the old school, and a soldier loyal to the heart, towards his comrades and his country.
