W.K.R.P. (Washington/Charlotte Kounty Records Preservation). This is a quarterly newsletter that has been published for four years. It contains articles about who is doing what in the world of genealogy and historical preservation in Washington Co., Maine and Charlotte Co., New Brunswick. It also contains free queries, a wish list, and research completed. Our Winter issue is being sent to about 340 people/organizations across the US and Canada.
