3   James Knox (3) POLK (John 2, Henry1) was born July 10, 1838 and died about 1896. He married Racheal BROWN October 20, 1878 in Oak Bay, New Brunswick by the Rev. George Harrison, daughter of Ephraim BROWN and Phoebe FARRAR. She was born 1845 in Princeton, Washington County, Maine and died 1914 in West Princeton, Washington County, Maine at her daughter's house. Additional Notes for Racheal BROWN: Rachel first married William HUNTER of Dufferin Parish in 1864.Francis P. Hunter - Warden of Charlotte County, NB.M. Mrs. Ida Stratton of Brocton Mass. William H. 4.  Maud (4) POLK (James3, John 2, Henry1) was born July 1885 in Dufferin, Charlotte County, NB and died in 1937 in West Princeton, Maine. She married Chester Leon JAMISON in 1904. He was the son of James JAMISON and Addie YATES. Chester Leon was born Feb 7, 1887 in Plantation 21, Washington Co., Maine and died on Jan 30, 1976 at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Maud (4) POLK is the grandmother of Wilfred Parker.
