Lawson Harley Middleton, 44; of Castalia, Grand Manan passed away unexpectedly on Sunday December 15th, 2002 at home. Born in North Head, he was the son of the late Arthur Middleton of North Head and Castalia, N.B. Mr. Middleton was a fisherman. He is survived by his mother Mary Ellen Mae (Fowler) Bass, and his step father Sheldon Bass two sisters Krista Roode, Woodwards Cove, Mary Raymond (Vernon) North Head, four brothers Arthur (Chantla), North Head, Robert (Ann) St. George, Joseph, Woodwards Cove, Herbert , North Head, one special nephew "A. R. " Arthur Linton and niece Amanda. The family will receive friends and relatives at Ells Funeral Home, on Tuesday evening, December 17th, 7-9 PM and Wednesday, 2-4, 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held from the Castalia United Baptist Church on Thursday, December 19th, with Rev. Ian Rough officiating. Interment will follow in the family plot Maple Grove Cemetery, Castalia. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
