02/21/2005 CARY, JEANETTE E. - At the Grand Manan Nursing Home, Saturday, February 19th, 2005 Mrs. Jeanette E. Cary, formerly of Woodwards Cove, Grand Manan Island passed away, she was 94. Born in Cambridge Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Thompson. Mrs. Cary was a loving mother to her children and loving wife to her late husband Mr. Samuel T. Cary who went before her in 1982. She is survived by one daughter Mrs. Betty (Douglas) MacPherson of Saint John, two sons Mr. Beverly (Ella) Cary, Mr. William (Marilyn) Cary, both of Woodwards Cove, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased also by one son Waverly, one sister Ethel Ingersoll, five brothers, Ray, Warren, Jim, Gordon, and Nelson. Visiting was held from the Immanuel Pentecostal Assembly Saturday evening and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, from where the Funeral Service will take place on Monday, February 21st, 2005 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Ted Scott officiating, interment to follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
