The Estate of Richard CROAKIE
( CROCKER ?)

Read the petition of Sarah Crocker of Richibucto in the County of Kent, widow of the late
Richard CROCKER ( Croakie/er?) deceased. Setting forth that Richard Crocker late
of Richibucto in the County of Kent, Ship Carpenter departed this left at Richibucto,
on or about the eighth day of July last past.
That he seized or otherwise... at the time of his death of personal property and debts to the value of one hundred and ten pounds.
That he made no Will to the petitioners knowledge.
That he left the petitioner, his widow, and one infant child by the petitioner named Frances Thomas of the age of about one year and four months and praying that Adminstration on the estate of the said Richard Crocker might be granted to her.

Wereupon ordered that Letters of Administration be granted to her the said Sarah Crocker
