Ordered that lertters of Administration with the Will annexed be granted
to John Wheten, a Creditor
--Estate of DANIEL ENGLISH of Richibucto--the widow having renounced
J Weldon
On the 7th day of Jan in the year of our Lord one thousand-eight hundred
and thirty two before
William Chandler Esquire..the Last Will and Testament of DANIEL ENGLISH,
deceased...
that the administration be granted to John Wheaton, Esquire ( there
being no Executors named)
in his Last Will and Testament.
Last Will and Testament
I Daniel ENGLISH, do bequeath to my three children and wife, my real
estate, all goods and
gear and debts and sums of money coming to me, or in my hands at present
to be divided amoungst
them in the following manner at my death:
Daniel to have one hundred acres of Lot No 12
Richard and Hugh the remaining..and my wife likewise.to have charge
and management of their
affairs and her living of the said estate so long as she stays with
them, but to have no power to sell
any of the land or take any thing with her if she should leave them.
