Present:  William Chandler Esq.  Surrogate

Read the petition of Martha Flynn widow of GEORGE  FLYNN late of Richibucto, deceased who died intestate
setting forth that the deceased left diverse Goods and Chattels and intricate accounts, that he had no relations in
the County, and are praying that administration may be granted to her and her father Thomas POWELL upon
the said estate.

New Brunswick..and Thomas POWELL of Richibucto aforesaid Esquire, Administratrix? and Administrator of
all and singular the Goods, Chattels which were of the said GEORGE FLYNN deceased intestate.
