Present: William CHANDLER, Esq.  Judge

Application of James GRAHAM praying that letters of administration be granted to him as next of kin
and brother to JOHN GRAHAM  late, of Liverpool.

...grant unto you the said James GRAHAM, whose fidelity I do confide full power and authority to
administer and faithfully dispose of all and singular the said Goods and Chattels and Credits of the said
deceased.....
