Read the petition of Joseph Michaud of Wellington in the County of Kent,
Priest.
Setting forth that Maurice HANDRAHAN, late of the Parish of Wellington
in the County aforesaid, farmer, departed this life on or about the twenty
fourth day of August, last part,
at the Parish of Wellington having first duly made and executed his
last Will and Testament.
That immediately before his death Maurice Handrahan was an inhabitant
of the said
County of Kent and that he dies, seized or otherwise entitled unto
Real Estate of the
value of nine hundred dollars situated within the said County and personal
estate of the
value of twenty five dollars.
....Therefore it is ordered that Letters of Testimony of the Last Will
and Testament of
Maurice Handrahan, deceased, be granted to the said Joseph Michaud
, as prayed for.
