Know ye that at RICHIBUCTO in the County of Kent on the fourth day of November
in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine
Before James Alexander James, Esquire being thereunto delegated and
appointed the
last Will and Testament of Jeremiah HARRINGTON, late of Richibucto
in the county aforesaid deceased ( a copy which is hereunto annexed) was
proved and is now approved...
Is granted unto Mary Ann Harrington as administrator of all and singular,
the said
Goods, Chattels and credits of the said deceased witht he will annexed.

Know all men present that I Jeremiah Harrington of the Parish of Richibucto,
Kent County
Province of New Brunswick that I do hereby leave my property,Goods
and Chattels to
Mary Ann Harrington during her life. And after her death to be
divided between Julia
( Julian) McDonald, daughter of Jeremiah Harrington and James McDonald
grandson. during his life and after his death go to Jeremiah McDonald,
son of James McDonald.
