Ordered th Probate of the Last Will and testament of Gregory HENRY late,
of  the Parish of Carleton in this County..deceased be granted to Pollone Henry and E...Tibo,
the executors in the same

Know ye that at Liverpool in the County of Kent on the ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven beofre Lancelto Charles Moore esquire being thereunto delegated and appointed the Last Will and Testament of Georgory Henry of Carleton in the County of Kent deceased a copy whereof the otherside was written ,was approved and allowed by me....

the said having while he lived and at the time of his death Goods, Chattels, and credits within this Province...
said will is granted unto Polline Henry and (?Etiene)  Tebo Executors of the said Will named.

In the name of God Amen.
I, Greogry Henry of Richibucto in the County of Northumberland....
First I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Pollorie Henry one half of my real and
personal Estate whatever it may amount to and consist of, at the time of my death and that after any decade my second wife Pollorie shall be entire by herself of her part or thereof of the real and personal restate I've now dwelled.
and that the children of my second wife shall stay and enjoy all my real and personal estate whatever
it may amount to and consist of until they shall be at the age of majority, the other half shall be equally divided between the children of my first wife....
except my daughter Sophy who shall have double  of two shares the others shall be equally divided if they take care of ...and my wife in our old age as we shall request of them.
and if thier is any ...amongst my Children of my first wife which shall not do their duty as we shall request, then they shall have no share or part of my real estate or personal estate whatever but shall give it to those that shall take good care of me and my wife in our old if it is a stranger.

I also have one lot granted in my name in the River Kouchibouquac between a lot belonging to Charles ?Barnes on one side and John Richard on the other side which lot I give one half to my son Simon Henry and the other half to Silvanus Henry.
I give to my daughter sophy one ..stove and that after the death of me and my wife the other stove being double shall be sold and the money given to the Priest...also our lot of land and Marsh lying at the Lower village which shall also be sold and the money given to the Priest ....
 

I hereby appoint my lawful wife and Etiene Tebo Executors to this my Last Will and Testament
this 10th day Dec one thousand eight hundred and twenty six.
