County of Kent deceased, be granted unto Ira HICKS and Valentine HICKS
the executors named.

Kent and Province of New
Brunswick being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and
memory and know that it is appointed
for all men.. once to die do make this my Last Will and Testament.
,,,bequeath to my wife Abigail all my household furniture, livestock
and farming utensils and the use and benefit
of all my landed property until my youngest child Valentine comes of
age, then I desire the said landed property to be equally divided
amoungst my well beloved children as follows
Mauri?, Silas, Pamelia, Ira, Polly, Euphemia, William Harrise Charles,
Ani?, and Valentine.
...secondly I give to my beloved son Israel the fifty pound that....willed
to me at my mothers death
