Last Will and Testament of Anthony McNairn, Richibucto, Kent Co NB

...I give unto my dearly beloved wife Jane..the use and enjoyment of all the
Real Estate for and during her material life
to my son Anthony and his heirs, I give and bequeath to my son Anthony after
his mothers death, the household furniture and farming utensils and to the
(?residue) of my personal estate I give and devise the same unto my dear
children Jane Johnson, wife of Thomas Johnson; Marion, wife of James
Johnson; Elizabeth Ferguson, wife of Jacob Ferguson; James McNairn; William
McNairn and Anthony McNairn, share and share alike after the death of my
dear wife....

I do and make constitute and appoint my dear wife Jane and my son Anthony,
Executrix and Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

at Richibucto the twenty-third day of August in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.

Surrogate and Judge of Probates in the County of Kent, personally appeared
John Weldon one of the subscribing witnesses...

Be it remembered that on the sixteenth day of March 1858 before me, James A.
James Esq. Judge of Probate for the County of Kent, personally appeared Jane
McNairn and Anthony McNairn whose names are mentioned on the aforegoing will
of Anthony as the Executor of the said will and were duly sworn...
