Lake Utopia - Everybody knows Harry Moses. He can be seen drinking coffee at the Big Stop on Highway One in Pennfield or, now that the weather is improving, tooling around on his restored Yamaha 250.
The bike means a lot to him because it is a rare Yamaha. "When everybody else was going to four cylinder machines Yamaha stuck with the two cylinder two stroke," says Harry. Last year he entered it in the Family Fun Days parade in St. George and received many compliments.
Harry finds the bike relaxes him especially when he is finished his regular work of being an accountant. Many people do not know that Harry was actually born in Toronto. His father was playing hockey in Sackville, New Brunswick, met the woman who was to become his wife and later they moved to Toronto.
"Within six months of my being born they moved back home to Charlotte County," says Harry. Harry grew up in Blacks Harbour. For twenty years he worked for The Credit Union Federation in Moncton. For the last five years he was Financing.
He is married to Laurie who manages the Dollar Store in St. George. Motorcycle lovers are encouraged to give Harry a call at (506) 755-2722.
