"The Heart's Content"

Capt. James A. Mollison (1905-1959) was a well-known long distance flyer who had taken two days off the flight time to Australia in 1931. A year later, he tackled the Atlantic leaving from Portmarnock, Ireland, for New York. After 30 hours of nonstop flying, he circled over Saint John, Musquash, New River and St. George before setting his Heart's Content Puss Moth airplane down in R.B. Hawkins' field with less than 10 gallons of fuel left.
