Blood Clinic At St. George Clinic

    St. George, March 8 - The weekly Blood Donor Clinic was held in Dr. Smith's office on Sunday, March 7.

    Dr. R.D. Smith and Dr. F.V. Maxwell were assisted by the following nursing staff: Mrs. Emery Patterson, Mrs. Hugh Meating, Miss Beryl Parks, Miss Nellie Leland, Miss Marguerite Langmaid.

    Refreshments were served in Hersey's Drug Store by Mrs. J.O. Spinney and Mrs. Merle Meating.

    Boy Scouts assisting were Cyril Spear and Jackie Seamans.

    Mayor William Campbell and Frank Jackson had charge of the transportation of donors.

    Of the following donors 21 were successful:

    Mrs. Joseph Dobbelsteyn, Mrs. Ellen Folzer, Mrs. Charles Henry, Mrs. Carrie Hunter, Mrs. Hiddin, Mrs. Maurice Kernighan, Mrs. Isaac McVicar, Mrs. Roy McVicar,  Mrs. Fred MacLean, Mrs. Hazen Spear, Mrs. Everett Stewart, Mrs. P. Trecartin, Miss Aurelie Mulhern, Miss Katherine Murray, Miss Geraldine Seamans, Miss Dorthea Spinney, Walter Allen, Thomas Crosby, Dyelin Justason, Charles Lord, John Mahar, Edgar Mooney, Arnold Morton, Michael McGrattan and Allie Tapley.
