Ida Belle Hanley

The funeral for Ida Belle Hanley, wife of the late Trueman Hanley was held at the Seaview Full Gospel Church Nov. 20, 1993.  She passed away at the Fundy Health Center on Nov. 17, 1993.

She was born in Blacks Harbour, daughter of the late Jack and Minnie (Justason) Walsh.

She is survived by son, Lloyd;  her daughter Joyce and son-in-law William Lynch;  five brothers-Amos, Clarence, Ray, Fred, Warren;  and one sister Edna;  two grandsons-Robert and wife Melonie;  Bruce and wife Patricia;  two great-grandsons- Nicholas Lynch and Joel Lynch, several nieces and nephews and cousins.  She was predeceased by grandson Ronald Lynch and granddaughter Trudy Lynn Lynch.

Hymns sung were I Firmly Promise You by Leah Hannon, Where the Roses Never Fade by Junior and Ann Cooke.  A poem called When I Am Gone was read. The organist was Mrs. Avis Golden.

Service was conducted by the Pastor Rev. Steven Roach and other visiting ministers.  Pallbearers were Cyril Hanley, Royce Hanley, Darren Hanley, Earl Aymar, Sammy Walsh and Clarence Walsh Jr.

The interment too place in the family lot at the Back Bay community Cemetery.
