Sandy Point Cemetery in St. Croix Parish, NB

This cemetery stands on the eastern bank of the St. Croix River slightly north of St. Croix Island, and adjacent to the military reserve mentioned in Dr. Ganong's work and in the Vroom Papers. The Old Coach Road to Fredericton passed in front of it. It is believed that the "old log church" stood here too, perhaps where the tool shed stands today. The earliest stone is that of Joshua Bradford who died July 25, 1829. The cemetery is still being used. Transcribed in 1994. Numbers in the table below have NO RELEVANCE to the cemetery. They are for the convenience of the webmaster.
