Miscellaneous Appropriations, N. B. Assembly (1837 - 1853)

The following miscellaneous payments for Saint Patrick Parish, excluding roads and teacher salaries, were authorized by the New Brunswick General Assembly in its annual appropriations acts. These were the only Saint Patrick payments found from 1786 to 1856. For more information, references, and an explanation of the notation, see the Appropriations page.

  •      To David Turner, of Saint Patrick, the sum of thirty pounds to remunerate him for losses sustained by the carrying away of a Bridge in an unfinished state of the Le Proe River, by a freshet ; the same to be taken out of the grant for the Great Road from Saint John to Saint Andrews for the present year.
