This picture gives a view
from inside the cemetery looking north towards the main cluster of stones
and Route 127. The unmowed patch in the foreground is presumably the site
of the former church. The Bocabec River is visible in the background.

3: Moved Hanson Stones, Bocabec Baptist Cemetery
The three stones in the foreground
are stones 13, 14 and 15 that were moved to the Baptist Cemetery from Holts
Point, according to a note in the D. G. Hanson scrapbook. The centre stone
is
that of John Hanson and Elizabeth Clark, who founded the Bocabec Hanson
family. The former green steel bridge over Bocabec River can be seen in
the background, along with some preliminary construction work for the new
bridge that was opened in 1993.

4: John Hanson Stone on Holts Point Road,
Bocabec, New Brunswick
This is another grave
stone of the above John Hanson and Elizabeth Clark. It is located on their
old farm lot off Holts Point Road. Presumably, it marks the spot where
they are actually buried.
